Details

Enter/exit world logic is inconsistent and causing some side-effects. Specifically, entering world handled as transaction, but exit handled by (legacy) World Interaction Protocol. Also, upon enter/exit, several states are updated and signals sent to listeners; track these down and simplify where possible.

- Make Exit world command transaction
- Remove legacy WIP
- Clean up client/server dependencies/signals upon enter/exit
